You’ll want to crane your head back, so you can take in every gorgeous tower that the school has to offer. Healy Hall is one of the best buildings and sits atop “the Hill” and looks down on Potomac River.   • Where are the most-learned people in America? According to a 2019 WalletHub study, the most educated city in America was Ann Arbor, Michigan.
